Founder & Managing Partner Robert Hargraves
Robert (Bob) Hargraves is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mere Point Advisors, connecting innovative investment ideas with leading global investors. Specializing in capital formation for alternative managers and growth-stage companies, he brings over 35 years of experience at the intersection of institutional strategy and investor relationships. Before founding Mere Point Advisors, Bob spent more than 25 years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and the Royal Bank of Scotland, beginning in New York in fixed income and derivatives sales and trading and advancing into senior client coverage roles. Since 2015, he has advised emerging investment management firms globally, focusing on portfolio strategy communication, institutional capital raising, and business development initiatives across North America, Europe, and the GCC. Bob holds a degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire, is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and resides in Brunswick, Maine.
